Learn how to thrive, not simply survive, with chronic illness. AgeOptions and the Village of Schaumburg invite you to participate in this interactive and exciting program.

What Will You Learn?

• How to address problems related to your ongoing health condition

• Brainstorm ways to communicate with family and friends about how you feel

• Understand how to manage medication, nutrition, and new treatments

Space is Limited, So Sign Up Now

• Join a free 2 ½ hour workshop held weekly, for six weeks

• Learn from trained class leaders who have experience with chronic illness themselves

Class Dates and Location

• The class series begins on Friday, April 13, at 1 p.m.

• The program will be held at the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Road in Schaumburg
