Schaumburg offers Mayor’s Community Scholarship

Schaumburg Mayor Al Larson has announced the availability of the village’s 19th annual Community Scholarship in cooperation with The Workforce Board of Northern Cook County.

Eligible applicants must be residents of Schaumburg, demonstrate financial need, and have education or career goals that involve coursework at an approved Illinois educational institution. Candidates must complete the scholarship application, submit two references and a photo ID including date of birth and Social Security number to the Office of the President, 101 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg IL 60193.

A President’s Committee will select the scholarship winners.
