Pols should give definition of ‘cuts’

I would like for all politicians to give me their definition of cuts. In today’s Daily Herald, Judy Biggert, a seven-term politician is talking about cuts, I do not believe in those seven terms my taxes went down once, and I do not want to hear Republicans or Democrats because both have been in office over the last 16 plus years and nothing has changed.

Gayle Smolinski has been mayor of Roselle and I have been living in Roselle for the last seven years and my taxes have gone up each year, yet she is talking state cuts, which we all know means higher taxes. I wish when I was younger I was told there are two different dictionary in life, the one we all had in school and the one politicians had, because I would have chosen the politicians and been able mislead people in life.
