Recycling donation sites in Schaumburg

As Schaumburg has banned donation boxes on property not owned by the users of the boxes, the village is suggesting local agencies for donation of recylables:

타Kenneth Young Resale Shop at 1150 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg; kennethyoung.org.

타 Shelter Inc. at 622 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg; (847) 534-0276; shelter-inc.org.

타WINGS Resale Store at 855 W. Higgins Road, Schaumburg; (847) 884-7411; wingsprogram.com.

타 Salvation Army Donation Center and Thrift Store at 1080 S. Barrington Road, Streamwood; (630) 830-9827; salvationarmyusa.org.

A number of agencies also offer home pickup, including Amvets at amvets.org, Cancer Federation at cancerfed.com; Epilepsy Foundation at epilepsyfoundation.org; Purple Heart at purpleheart.org; and Salation Army at (800) 728-7825.
