Woodland PTA scholarships available:

Woodland Elementary District 50’s Parent Teacher Association is accepting college scholarship applications from students who attended the Gurnee-based school system. The PTA has three $1,200 scholarships for any Woodland graduate who will start attending college in the fall 2012.

Applications can be viewed at www.dist50.net/PTA/PTA%20documents/WoodlandScholarshipApp2012.pdf. The forms must be postmarked no later than April 16. Scholarship recipients will be notified by mail by April 30. Applications must be complete upon submission. To be considered, the scholarship application must be returned to: Woodland PTA, Woodland Elementary District 50 Educational Support Center, 1105 N. Hunt Club Road, Gurnee 60031.
