Frank Spencer of Des Plaines is dragged 30-feet by a 20-foot-wide kite as he attempts power kiting at Melas Park in Mount Prospect on Tuesday, March 6th. The $500 kite is owned by Spencers friend Tom Zajkowski of Des Plaines who said the idea of the sport is to get off the ground.
