Losing my battle with immigration

I am an American citizen. Moved to The Netherlands in 1980 and returned to the US in 2003, bringing my two children with me. Thinking my children would have automatic citizenship — I was wrong. For the past three years I have been dealing with immigration petitioning for a I130. Today my son tells me he is told he will be deported back to Holland. Which means my daughter would be deported as well. My son is 20 now and my daughter 18.

This is their home as it is my home. I am hoping by writing this perhaps my years of losing my children can be heard and I can get the support of the public. I am lost. And hope that the printed word can help my children and me.
