Warrenville man faces child porn charges

A 53-year-old Warrenville man has been indicted on charges he possessed and disseminated child pornography, according to court records released Wednesday.

Christopher O. Berland, of the 2S600 block of River Oak Drive, was indicted by a DuPage County grand jury Tuesday on six counts of child pornography.

The felony charges allege Berland possessed and disseminated by computer pornographic photos involving children, some of whom were bound. Berland is free on $7,500 bond and scheduled to appear March 12 in front of Judge Kathryn Creswell, court records show.
