Naperville man charged with having child porn

A six-month investigation has led to child porn charges against a 44-year-old Naperville man.

Duane Lipinski, of the 600 block of Milton Drive, has been charged with four counts of aggravated child pornography after police seized “thousands” of images depicting children younger than 13 involved in sexual acts.

Police wrapped up the probe by executing a search warrant at Lipinski’s home at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday

Sgt. Gregg Bell said three computer systems containing thousands of images were found during the search.

The investigation was conducted with the assistance of the DuPage County state’s attorney’s office, the high-tech Internet crimes unit and the Special Operations Group of the Naperville Police Department.
