Advocate Condell Immediate Care in Gurnee to move locations

Effective March 1, 2012, the Advocate Condell Immediate Care Center currently located at 6440 Grand Ave. in Gurnee will move services to 1445 Hunt Club Road in Gurnee, one block south of Grand Avenue.

The new location will provide easier access, more parking and a larger facility to accommodate patient needs.

Additionally, the new Immediate Care location offers a private registration area and individual treatment rooms to reduce noise and protect patient privacy.

The facility is staffed by board certified physicians, and will continue to offer a complete spectrum of treatment for non-emergent conditions, including flu, respiratory infections, burns, rashes, sprains, cuts, and more. No appointments are required.

Advocate Condell Medical Center Immediate Care will be located at 1445 Hunt Club Road, Gurnee, IL 60031.

Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. 7 days a week.
