Register for kindergarten in Dist. 302

Kaneland Unit District 302 has announced that 2012 kindergarten registration and literacy fair will be from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at Kaneland High School cafeteria, 47W326 Keslinger Road, Maple Park.

The registration schedule is students with last names beginning with the letters A to H should register from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

Students with last names beginning with the letters I to O should register from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Students with last names beginning with the letters P to Z should register from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

If you are unable to attend the designated time, you can register from 12:30 to 1 p.m.

You must bring the original and a photo copy of driver’s license, birth certificate, proof of residency including a utility bill, lease, mortgage, etc. and form of payment for fees — about $125 in the form of check or credit.

Do not bring siblings to the registration. Informational booths will be available for health and physical information, speech, alphabet sounds/letter recognition, number, retelling, rhyming, what to expect in kindergarten, motor skills, independent/adaptive skills, transportation and theme movie.
