Sad that Komen caves to Planned Parenthood

Susan G. Komen caves to Planned Parenthood. After advocates for Planned Parenthood hacked their website and launched vicious attacks on them, Susan G. Komen backed down and will continue to send money to Planned Parenthood. Sounds like extortion. Pay up and we won’t hurt you.

Planned Parenthood was willing to destroy an organization that funds cancer research to continue their pro-abortion agenda.

The sad fact is that research has shown abortion is linked to an increase in breast cancer in younger women. Women younger than 24, whose first pregnancy was terminated by elective abortion before 32 weeks gestation have a higher risk of developing breast cancer. (Coalition on Abortion/Breast Cancer.)

This is not new research. Why would Susan G. Komen give hundreds of thousands of dollars to Planned Parenthood? Does Planned Parenthood, which purports to care about women, inform their clients of this risk, clients who cannot even get a basic mammogram at a Planned Parenthood clinic? Why has this research been suppressed?

Follow the money. Abortion is a business. Thanks to the Internet and the involvement of young people in the pro-life movement, more people are realizing the horrors of abortion. The devastation of breast cancer being one of them.

Speaking of money, how generous of New York Mayor Bloomberg to give $250,000 of his own money to help Planned Parenthood’s shortfall.

New York’s 40-percent abortion rate is the highest in the nation.

As reported in “The New American” Jan. 7, “More shocking still were the 38,574 African-American pre-born babies who were slaughtered in the city in 2010 — 60 percent of the pregnancies in New York City’s African-American population. For every 1,000 African-American babies born, 1,448 were slaughtered through abortion.”

What mayor wouldn’t want to continue that culture of death in his community?
