Stevenson H.S. poms do well in competitions

The Stevenson High School Varsity Poms Team is in the middle of competition season and the girls are off to an amazing start.

In there first competition at Wauconda High School, SHS Varsity Patriettes swept the competition receiving three first-place awards for their Lyrical, Kick and Open Dance performances. They also received the very prestigious Artistic Excellence award for their lyrical performance.

The next week, SHS Varsity Patriettes received first place in Lyrical and Kick and third place for their open dance in the Palatine Competition.

The Stevenson High School Competition will be held on Sunday, Feb. 5.
