Neuqua Valley 66, Bartlett 43: Matt Chaltin recorded 16 points for the Hawks (10-12, 2-6), but it wasn't enough as they dropped this Upstate Eight Valley game on the road. Marcus Aluquin chipped in 8 points for the Hawks.

Men's basketball

Elgin Community College 79, McHenry County College 70: The Spartans pulled out to a 46-33 halftime lead and never looked back as they cruised to an Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference victory. Mike Banks and Lance Vesper led the Spartans offensively with 20 and 19 points, respectively. Jason Morris chipped in 14 points while Corey Rau added 13 points.

Judson University 74, Holy Cross College 69: Josh Edwards led the Eagles (8-15, 5-4) with 23 points to a CCAC victory. Landon Skinner and Brian Pederson recorded 16 and 12 points, respectively.
