Wants Streamwood to be strict on dogs

The town of Streamwood does not have strict laws against dangerous dogs, therefore, many people move to Streamwood resulting in an increment of dog bites. The town of Streamwood should have more strict laws against dogs who have bitten to make owners be more careful about their dogs.

In theory, animals such as dogs are not to be treated as humans as there is a big gap between animal and human. If we give dogs a second chance we are giving them a second opportunity to bite again. Consequences of dog bites are too high to still be allowing this to happen as of now. Dogs are likely to bite more than once.

Streamwood should take into consideration making their laws against dogs more severe and decrease the rapid rate of dog bites.
