15 yards for kicking Pack when they’re down

Your discrimination seems to be showing. Back when the Packers were undefeated, there was next to nothing mentioned in your paper. Maybe a little blurb ... very seldom a picture. But, now that they got trounced on by New York, on their home turf, no less, now there’s a huge picture of a dejected Aaron Rodgers walking off the field, with a headline referring to the “Far-from-perfect Packers.”

You couldn’t afford them the praise they deserved while they were on top, but now that they’ve taken a serious beating ... now you can put in huge pictures, with a column spreading over two pages. Sorry, but to me, that’s the epitome of poor sportsmanship; it’s called, “Kick them when they’re down” and you’ve done just a fine job of that.

And, truly, I don’t expect to see my letter make it in print — that would admit that you got a flag thrown on your own foul ... you don’t have a decent home team to support, so let’s stick the knife in and twist it when we get the chance.
