Dist. 15 to hold budget forum Jan. 23

Palatine Township Elementary District 15 will hold a budget information forum for community members from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, at Sundling Junior High, 1100 N. Smith St., Palatine. The focus will be on possible expenditure reductions for the 2012-13 school year. Participant feedback on solutions to the structural deficit also will be discussed. District 15 faces up to a $10 million deficit next year. A similar forum for staff will take place from 4 to 5:30 p.m. For more information, visit ccsd15.net.
