Course offerings include beading; Chocolate 101; Using Google Docs; Rejuvenating Your Retirement; Become Your Own Health Advocate; Spanish for First Responders; and a Guy’s Guide to the Professional Wardrobe.

Taking a class is a great way to meet people and a fun way to learn something new.

Summertime classes and mini camps will include offerings in the areas of science, engineering, cooking, sewing, arts, fishing, theater, computers, self-defense, guitar, and more.

The community education program partners with several organizations, which allows an even larger selection of classes.

The group continues to partner with Stevenson High School’s Community Education Program, and it has expanded the number of partnerships with local businesses and public safety agencies.

The group also partners with Education to Go, which creates the opportunity to offer more than 350 online classes in many different areas.

The new semester begins Jan. 23. For more information, go to comed128.org.
