Join Gail Borden Public Library in Elgin to welcome the new Rakow branch manager, Christie Chandler-Stahl, and enjoy some refreshments from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 10 at the Rakow Branch, 2751 W. Bowes Road, Elgin.
After the reception, Gail Borden Library's January Board meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Rakow Branch.
