Midwest Real Estate Data launches next gen records system
LISLE — Midwest Real Estate Data has launched the next generation of Realist, the leading public records information solution for MLSs provided by CoreLogic.
Realist houses a database of tax, owner, assessor, foreclosure and transactional information about every property in MRED’s market area, with a user interface that is unparalleled in the industry.
The latest version of Realist is fully integrated into MRED’s MLS system, connectMLS. It has transformed how MRED’s brokers, agents and appraisers research properties, tax and ownership data. Realist is a blend of stunning design, intuitive technology and innovation that delivers an outstanding user experience.
“Rarely does a product or service of the magnitude of Realist launch without issues,” said Russ Bergeron, MRED’s chief executive officer. “The fact this version of Realist went live so seamlessly and with such positive feedback from our customers is a tribute to CoreLogic and our MRED staff, who followed a rigorous testing process that ensured it was ready for the extensive load our customers place on all of our products and services.”
Midwest Real Estate Data is a real estate data aggregator and distributor providing the Chicagoland multiple listing service to nearly 8,000 real estate offices and 40,000 real estate professionals, including brokers, agents and appraisers. MRED has expanded well into the collar counties surrounding Chicagoland, and its property information encompasses northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin and northwest Indiana.
