Love the parks, but $36 a year too much

Memo to the Arlington Heights Park District. We are fortunate to have well-maintained parks, but it is unthinkable that you would raise our real estate taxes by $36 per year in the current economic climate. Regarding AstroTurf installation for the soccer fields, aside from the exorbitant expense there are abrasion issues, as well as sanitation and drainage issues. Maintain the grass fields for our youth.
