U of I Wind Symphony to visit Buffalo Grove
The University of Illinois Wind Symphony, directed by Robert Rumbelow, will perform a concert in Buffalo Grove High School’s Miller Theater at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7. The community is invited to attend this admission-free performance.
Featured on the program are works by Leonard Bernstein, Richard Wagner, Michael Gandolfi, Vittorio Giannini and more. The world-class University of Illinois Wind Symphony will be traveling to various schools throughout the state, to perform and promote its programs. Attendees will have the opportunity to find out about applying to the university, learn about its curricular programs and ask questions.
Buffalo Grove High School is located at the corner of Dundee and Arlington Heights Roads in Buffalo Grove.
