Bartlett 94, Larkin 37: Twelve different players scored for No. 1 Bartlett as it rolled to an easy win in an Upstate Eight crossover. Haley Videckis and Kristin Conniff each had 18 points for the Hawks (7-0), while Katie Gutzwiller added 13, Lisa Palmer 8 and Janessa Baker 7. Jill Casebeer led Larkin (1-4) with 16 points and Paris Patterson added 9.

Waubonsie Valley 62, South Elgin 49: The Warriors jumped out to a 26-4 lead early and South Elgin (5-2) couldn’t come back in the Upstate Eight Valley opener. Becca Smith had 26 points for the Storm and Kennede Miller added 11.

St. Charles East 63, Streamwood 42: Jessica Cerda had 15 points and Hannah McGlone added 13 for the Sabres (3-3) in the Upstate Eight River opener.

Geneva 64, Elgin 29: Briana Hamilton had 11 points and Maggie Powers added 9 for Elgin (0-6, 0-1) in this Upstate Eight River loss.
