What to watch: After a great start, the Oilers have lost four games in a row and five of six, including last Sunday’s 6-3 defeat at the United Center. Defenseman Ryan Whitney and Cam Barker are out. Barker will miss three months following ankle surgery. Forward Sam Gagner (back) is questionable. Ray Emery (3-0-1) is expected to start in goal for the Hawks.

Season series: Hawks lead 1-0.
