Last year: 16-12, 9-5, tied for third in DuPage Valley Conference; lost 43-42 in double overtime to Benet in Class 4A Naperville North regional final.

Scouting report: The Huskies are in good shape in the backcourt with Stacho and Lindberg, who shared starting time last year. While Stacho offers a solid scoring option, Lindberg is among the DVC's top defenders. Six-foot-eight Johnson, 6-5 Hill and Davis power the post, although Johnson and Davis are sidelined with injuries. The Huskies graduated the bulk of their scoring from last year, but this should be a pretty good perimeter shooting team with Stacho, Mullin, Sinickas, Garon and Dunlap. With so much depth in the backcourt, expect to see some four-guard sets. "They've bought in," Powers said. "They've done more than I've asked them to do."
