‘Raggedy Ann and Andy’ come to life in children’s theater show
The John Hersey High School Theater Department will present its Children’s Theater production of “Raggedy Ann & Andy” at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, in the school’s theater.
Under the direction of Sarah Wade, the classic and most endearing folk doll comes to life in a hilarious, freewheeling romp that illuminates the gentle, loving spirit of Raggedy Ann. This is a production that children are sure to love.
Cast members are Amanda Schmidt (Raggedy Ann), Jimmy Mendelsohn (Raggedy Andy), Bethany Jargstorf, Will Bruce, Natasha Cook, Megan McGrath, Ellie Richardson, Jaime Chamberlain, Brianna Bent, Mariana Morales, Marissa Pierre, Marissa Leff, Ryan Cassidy, Jack Vanscoyoc, Tia Lindholm, Alexandra Porcaro, Jessica Ivanov, Julie Glikin, David Vanscoyoc, Anthony Kim, Rose Katz, Megan Cortese and Maisie Linker.
Other production staff members are technical director Matthew Michelin and costume coordinator Linda Scheufler.
