Stevenson speech/drama team win

Nine members of Stevenson High School’s speech and drama team won awards at last weekend’s Huntley Fall Fest, officials announced Tuesday. Jane Wang won first place in the novice prose reading category, while Victoria Intelegator captured first place in novice special occasion speaking. Rachel Landsman earned second place in varsity oratorical declamation. Aaron Chai placed third in novice informational speaking. Claire Berman won third place in varsity impromptu speaking, and she also collected fourth-place honors in varsity prose reading. Sam Levin received third place in novice extemporaneous speaking, and he won sixth place in novice impromptu speaking. Fourth-place awards in various categories went to Faith Teodoro, Kyle Rockoff and Adrienne Yang.
