AAR targets December for Telair/Nordisk acquisition

Wood Dale-based AAR Corp. said it expects to close on the acquisition of Telair International GmbH and Nordisk Aviation Products, AS during the first week of December.

The company expects to take in approximately $1.5 million to $2 million in acquisition related expenses during the AAR’s fiscal second quarter ending Nov. 30.  Additionally, AAR plans to update its outlook for fiscal 2012 to reflect the expected impact of the acquisition during its second quarter earnings call on Dec. 16.

AAR is a provider of products and value-added services to the worldwide aerospace and government and defense industries.
