Standing tall as ever for Herman Cain

Thanks, Politico! I’ve always admired Herman Cain, but your recent “revelations,” taken straight from the left’s Clarence Thomas playbook, have solidified my support for him and galvanized me into taking financial action. The check I just sent his campaign for $99.99 states in the memo line “donation inspired by Politico.”

I know, I know, it almost worked for Thomas so why not give it a shot with Cain? After all, like Thomas, he dared to stray off the liberal reservation and achieve great things through hard work, perseverance and the belief that in America all people can achieve their dreams despite the lie perpetuated by the left that all good things derive from a government handout or a hand in the pocket of the achievers ... you know, those despicable rich people, like Steve Jobs, who make it possible for millions of others to achieve their dreams!

Herman Cain’s life attests to a nobility of character, integrity and principled beliefs against which the character assassinating machinations of the left cannot prevail.
