American Hotel Register acquires Amsterdam company

VERNON HILLS — American Hotel Register Company recently acquired Intros Hotel Supplies, a market leader in hotel supplies throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, Intros will become a wholly owned subsidiary of American Hotel Register. The combination of American Hotel’s capabilities in cutting edge technology, program management, and supply chain efficiencies, along with Intros’ capabilities of in-house amenity design, partnerships with prestigious cosmetics brands and a distribution network throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa, will enhance American Hotel’s ability to service customers in these fast-growing markets, the company said in a release.
