Judges create challenge recipes
I thought it would be fun, in a sadistic sort of way, to ask the men and women who judged recipes over the course of the Cook of the Week Challenge to come up with recipes of their own using the same ingredient combinations I gave the contestants.
Several of the chefs and food reps actually took me up on that challenge and some of their recipes are here today. Other recipes will appear in a special Cook of the Week Challenge wrap-up section that will publish Nov. 16.
