Roselle Fire Department Offering CPR Courses

The Roselle Fire Department is offering a Heartsaver CPR/AED course on Thursday, November 10, at the Fire Station, 100 E. Maple Ave., from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. The course teaches all lay rescuers when to phone 9-1-1, how to administer CPR, how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and how to provide relief from choking. Participants of this class will be certified by the American Heart Association in the Heartsaver AED course.

The class size is limited to 14 people and costs $40, paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable, but courses will be rescheduled in the event of an advanced cancellation. Additional courses have been scheduled for January 12 and March 8. Call the Fire Department at (630) 980-2043 to register.
