Visiting Angels Memory Screening Nov. 15

National Memory Screening Day, an annual initiative of the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, is scheduled 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the Community Center, 3705 Pheasant Drive, Rolling Meadows.

Free, confidential memory screenings will be available, aimed at determining if a person may have a memory problem, which could be caused by Alzheimer's disease or other medical conditions.

A memory screening is not used to diagnose any particular illness and does not replace consultation with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

The screening is sponsored locally by Visiting Angels of Rolling Meadows. For information, call Carissa Dalenberg or Michelle Schmidt at 847-963-8944.
