Schaumburg flu clinics Oct. 21, 28

The village of Schaumburg is offering flu shots for adult residents age 18 and older from 1 to 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21, and Friday, Oct. 28, at the village’s Nursing Building at 521 E. Schaumburg Road. Appointments are required and can be made by calling (847) 923-3764 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, Oct. 17. Medicare will be billed for those enrolled in Medicare Part B. All others will be charged $20. Proof of residency is required for all. A doctor’s prescription is required for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
