Church hosts Octoberfest in Mt. Prospect
St. Raymond de Penafort Church will celebrate Oktoberfest from 6-10 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17, in the Parish Life Center, 301 S. Oka Ave., in Mount Prospect. All are invited.
Live entertainment by the German Band Paloma and dancers from the American Aid Society of German Descendants will foster a spirit of Gemutlichkeit among everyone.
Delicious authentic German food, beer, wine and soda will be available. There is no cover charge.
