Dist. 15's 2011-12 budget can be found online
The District 15 Board of Education approved a budget for the 2011-12 fiscal year during its August 10 meeting.
The budget outlines approximately $145.3 million of expenditures and projects roughly $140.2 million in revenues resulting in an estimated $5.1 million deficit. That shortfall is projected to reduce the District's fund balance to approximately $43.9 million, or 30.2 percent of the District's budget.
