Mundelein Park District teaches self-defense

Learn how to defend yourself and help your family be safer in just two hours. The Mundelein Park District’s Brave Way Self-Defense class will teach easy-to-learn and effective skills for all ages. Brave Way requires no previous self-defense training and is based on instinctive principles that don#146;t require constant practice or years of instruction and works regardless of size, strength, speed or skill. One-day, two-hour classes will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Sept. 13, Oct. 5 and Nov. 3. at Carl Sandburg Middle School, on Hawley Street, just off Midlothian Road in Mundelein.
