Probation for Naperville Subway burglar
A Clarendon Hills man has been sentenced to three years of probation for burglarizing a Subway restaurant in Naperville.
Michael Carvell, 31, of the 500 block of Alabama Street, also must complete a year of periodic imprisonment and residential substance-abuse treatment, according to court records.
Carvell was arrested April 1 in connection with six burglaries over the prior week at restaurants and nail salons in Naperville. He pleaded guilty on Aug. 8 to burglarizing a Subway on Route 59.
Carvell was sentenced Wednesday by DuPage County Judge Daniel Guerin, court records show.
