Libertyville Dance Ensemble begins 2011-12 classes

LIBERTYVILLE, IL (August 26, 2011)

The Libertyville Dance Ensemble program has open registration for their 2011-12 season featuring a variety of dance and voice classes for kids of all ages.

Entering its 24th year of operation, the Libertyville Dance Ensemble program is part of the Village of Libertyville's Recreation Department programming and features experienced instructors and teachers. A variety of classes are offered for kids ages 2 to 15 including Hip Hop, Jazz, Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Tap, Voice and Combo (Competition) classes.

Classes take place beginning in September and run through May with the end of year Recital on June 2 at the Libertyville High School Auditorium. For a class listing go to www.libertyville.com/recreation

Several members of last year's Combo 1 & 2 classes entered the Applause Talent Regional and National Competitions. Combo 1 class received High Gold and Third Place overall for their Age Division (5&6 year olds). Combo 2 performed two numbers both receiving High Gold.
