House out of power? Car could be too

The recent storm (tornado?) that ripped through Mt. Prospect left our home without electrical power for some three long days. We lost some food and had minimal damage. Thanks to ComEd and the village public works, all was back to normal in an amazingly short time.

As I sat by candlelight a thought came to me: What if I had an electric car? As an incentive, do you suppose car dealers would throw in a gas-powered generator when you purchase a new electric powered car?
