Larkin Center's 10th annual Community Yard Sale Aug. 11-12

Shop for a great cause and get a great deal at the Larkin Center's 10th annual community yard sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Aug 11 and 12.

The sale will be held in the front yard of the Larkin Center, 1212 Larkin Ave. in Elgin, just two blocks east of McLean Boulevard.

Drop off your donations on the front porch of The Larkin Center on Monday, Aug. 8 through Wednesday, Aug. 10 before the sale.

The Larkin Center, established in 1896, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that helps people throughout Northern Illinois.

The people we provide services for are abused and neglected children, teens and adults with a chronic mental illness or severe emotional disturbance.

All proceeds from the sale will help the Larkin Center's adult program.
