St. Charles Saints 14U baseball team finish strong season

The St. Charles 14U Saints baseball team finished a very successful season by taking second place in the St. Charles "Get Ready for High School Baseball Tournament" on July 17.

For the season, the Saints overall record was 50 wins and 10 losses. The Saints played in 9 tournaments and advanced to the playoff round in every tournament, including winning the Barrington Fourth of July and Hampshire tournaments.

The team also traveled to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and played in the Cal Ripken 14U High Tide tournament.

The Saints won 6 of 7 games, beating teams from Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Colorado.
