Show reverence for all types of life

The atrocious massacre of dozens of deer in Kane County was inhumane, useless and a waste of money. When will humans leave wildlife alone? Millions of creatures have been displaced and lost their lives due to residential, commercial and industrial development. Millions of others are slaughtered and painfully killed by hunters, trappers and poachers.

Such atrocities are not surprising in light of the reality that billions of sentient and traumatized animals are still killed in slaughterhouses. Worst of all is the abomination that on a daily basis young children are murdered by family members; and we live in a society that thinks it’s progressive to kill unborn human fetuses as a “civil right.” Humanity’s unconscionable irreverence for life is utterly frightening to ponder!
