Schaumburg offers utility consultation
The village of Schaumburg has partnered with the Citizens Utility Board to offer a free analysis of utility bills and demonstrate ways residents can reduce their costs.
This service will be available at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 8 in the Rasmussen Room of the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Road in Schaumburg. Residents should bring the latest copies of their gas, electric and telephone bills for a one-on-one consultation with a Citizens Utility Board representative who will help sift through any charges that may seem confusing.
Anyone with questions about the event should contact Melissa Steirer at (847) 923-4702 or msteirer@ci.schaumburg.il.us.
