McHenry woman killed in crash

A McHenry woman died after her car struck a railroad crossing standard early Friday morning, authorities said.
Marilyn F. O’Neal, 61, was driving her 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser east on Route 120 when her vehicle left the roadway and struck the crossing standard at 6:18 a.m. near the intersection of Route 120 and Crystal Lake Road. Her car came to a stop in front of the Auto Tech Centers business at 4005 Route 120, according to the McHenry Police Department.
An autopsy was expected to take place Friday.
Eastbound lanes of Route 120 were diverted Friday morning during the accident investigation.
