Free health screenings July 9 at Schaumburg church

In partnership with Lutheran Hospital, sponsoring physicians and providers, Schaumburg Community Church will host a free health screening clinic for adults and children from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 9 at the church, 2060 E. Algonquin Road in Schaumburg.

Some of the services provided will include:

- Back To School Physicals – check up for kids and required immunization

- Health screening for adults which include – blood pressure and sugar screen, cholesterol

- Weight Loss Counseling: by board certified members of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians

- Preventive Dental Screening: provided by Colgate dental service
