1 cup nonfat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt (see note)

2 tablespoons honey

1 lime, zested

Juice of ½ a lime

In a medium bowl, mix yogurt with honey, lime zest and lime juice; stir until well combined. Use as a dip for fruit kebabs or as a garnish for fajitas, nachos or chili or tandori chicken.Serves six to eight.Cook#146;s note: To make your own Greek-style yogurt, line a colander with enough coffee filters to cover the bottom and up the sides. Fill the colander with 32 ounces of plain non-fat or low-fat yogurt and set over a large bowl. Cover the top of the yogurt with paper towel or plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight. The longer the yogurt drains the thicker it will be. Discard the liquid and transfer back into the original container. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 2frac14; cups.
