Wednesday Morning Movie Series starts in June

Naperville, IL – The Wednesday Morning Movie Series kicks off on June 15, with a presentation of "Megamind" at the Ogden 6 Theatre, 1227 E. Ogden. Each Wednesday morning, from June 15 through Aug. 10, Classic Cinemas theatres will present nine G or PG rated films for only $1 per person.

The show begins each Wednesday at 10 a.m., with doors opening at 9 a.m. Movie-goers are encouraged to come early to meet some favorite characters and join in fun and games before the movie begins. It's practically magical!

Classic Cinemas takes reservations for groups of 15 or more for the Wednesday Morning Movie Series. The special group rate is just $4.50 per person (adults and children) and includes admission, Kiddie Combo (a child sized popcorn, soft drink, and fruit snack) and reserved seating. This special package offers a $1.00 discount on each Kiddie Combo and allows your group to sit together. June 15: Megamind

The supervillain Megamind finally conquers his nemesis, the hero Metro Man, but finds his life pointless without a hero to fight.

June 22: Yogi Bear

A documentary filmmaker travels to Jellystone Park to shoot a project and soon crosses paths with Yogi Bear, his sidekick Boo-Boo, and Ranger Smith.

June 29: Shrek Forever After

Rumpelstiltskin tricks a mid-life crisis burdened Shrek into allowing himself to be erased from existence and cast in a dark alternate timeline where Rumpel rules supreme.

The upcoming schedule of Wednesday morning movies at Ogden 6 Theatre for the months of July and August to include: Alpha & Omega on July 6, Gulliver's Travels on July 13, Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore on July 20, Despicable Me on July 27, Nanny McPhee Returns on August 3, and a Surprise Movie on August 10.
