Fremont Green club hits the road

The Fremont Middle School Green Club recently held its annual spring Adopt-A-Highway event. Working along Fremont Center Road, students picked up litter and sorted it into trash and recycling bags. Over the course of the year, the club has collected and recycled 1,787 items, including gym shoes, phones, printers, batteries, books, and compact discs.
