Control dandelions or face a big fine

We look forward to spring and summer with all the new buds popping out. Each is something different, and are so beautiful, and the grass is so nice and green.

Then it all gets spoiled with millions of dandelions so thick in some yards the grass gets lost. Sad.

There should be a law any grassy area should show effort in controlling the dandelions or you get a big fine.
